Pinnacle Family Medicine Obstetrics aims to support our community in caring for low risk obstetrical patients as well as facilitating certain gynecological procedures.

GET REFERRAL

OBSTETRICS

From early pregnancy to delivery, we provide comprehensive care in the management of low risk pregnancies. We are able to counsel our patients about appropriate screening tests throughout pregnancy using best-evidence practices.


Care can include low risk pregnancy management, screening and management of gestational diabetes, discussion of basic genetic screening tests, and in-hospital care of vaginal birth.


Generally we expect patients to have valid OHIP coverage.

IN-OFFICE PROCEDURES

Our team is able to perform several office procedures in an effort to assist you in providing excellent care to your patients. We are happy to consult and forward results back to you for follow-up care.


Our services include IUD insertions; endometrial biopsies†; insertion and removal of implantable female contraceptives; and release of newborn tongue ties.


†For patients with high suspicion of malignancy, we strongly recommend referral directly to Gynecology or Gynecology-Oncology.
